01 General Terms and Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the k4444 platform and all its services. By creating an account on k4444 or using this platform, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using this platform.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continuing to use the platform after any changes will be considered your acceptance of the updated Terms. For significant changes, k4444 may send a notification to your registered email.

02 Account Registration and Verification

03 Eligibility Requirements

The following eligibility requirements must be met to participate on the k4444 platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Only individuals aged 21 or older may participate on this platform.
• You must be a legally competent adult who is capable of entering into a legal agreement on your own behalf.
• Online gaming must not be legally prohibited in the country or region where you reside.
• k4444 employees, their family members, and close associates may not participate on this platform.
• You must confirm that you are not subject to any gaming ban or restriction.

If k4444 determines that a user has violated these eligibility requirements, k4444 has the right to immediately close the account and void all winnings and bonuses.

04 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to depositing and withdrawing funds on k4444:

• Minimum deposit amount: A minimum of ৳300 must be deposited for each payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: A minimum of ৳1,000 can be withdrawn per transaction.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• Withdrawal processing time: After successful verification, withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used. Transactions through third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• If a withdrawal request requires verification, k4444 may ask for additional documents.
• In the case of suspicious transactions, k4444 may temporarily place a hold on withdrawals.

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). k4444 reserves the right to decline any transaction that is not consistent with these Terms.

05 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

k4444 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer is subject to specific terms:

• Welcome bonus: 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. A minimum deposit of ৳300 is required to receive this bonus.
• Wagering requirement: The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x (bonus amount × 20). Withdrawals cannot be made directly from bonus funds until the wagering requirement has been met.
• Each bonus offer may be claimed only once per individual, household, IP address, or payment method.
• Bonus funds may only be used for gaming on the k4444 platform.
• k4444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, k4444 may void the relevant bonus and any winnings derived from it.

The VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier includes weekly cashback benefits, and higher tiers receive additional privileges. VIP tier is determined based on gaming activity and participation on the platform.

06 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

k4444 is committed to ensuring a fair and equitable gaming environment. All games are operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures the impartiality of game outcomes.

• Minimum and maximum bet amounts are set for all games before placing a wager.
• If a game result is voided due to a technical error, the relevant wager amount will be refunded.
• If a network issue occurs during a game, the game may be resumed from the last verifiable state.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final.
• Sports betting outcomes are settled based on official sources.
• If you discover a bug or error in any gaming system, you must report it to k4444 support immediately — exploiting such errors is prohibited.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the k4444 platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Playing games using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence.
• Bonus abuse: placing artificial bets for the purpose of meeting bonus requirements, or attempting to exploit the bonus system in any other way.
• Money laundering or processing of illegal funds.
• Hacking, phishing, or any other form of cybercrime.
• Harassing other players or engaging in inappropriate conduct.
• Using k4444's copyrighted materials without permission.
• Operating an account on behalf of any third party.

In the event of a violation of these prohibitions, k4444 may immediately close the account, forfeit all balances, and take legal action if necessary.

08 Privacy and Data Protection

• Unauthorized use of your account resulting from your own negligence.

k4444's maximum liability in any circumstance will be limited to the amount of the transaction in question. Participation on this platform is entirely at your own risk.

12 Changes to Terms and Dispute Resolution

k4444 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered your acceptance of the new Terms.
